Quitting Smoking :)

Today I am grateful:

That I did not drink alcohol yesterday.
That I only had five cigarettes yesterday.
For chewing gum.
For more will power than I have ever had.
My friends.
Exercise.
Wikipedia and articles on weird sea creatures.


Daily affirmations:

I am strong.
I am peaceful.
My body is a temple.
